Enjoy your time here; bluntly stated, there's no point being here unless you're happy. This is an RP-site–a community formed with the intention of having fun. To not be able to form this purpose makes the whole point of Alciem Ultimo utterly redundant; there really isn't any other way to put it.

✥Rule Two
Common sense is equally important, and frequently comes in tandem with the goal of having fun here. Please use a societal-standard of common sense, not your own form or version. If you do something silly, irrational or just outright stupid, you are subject to the consequences. This does not mean you will be punished or anything, especially if the lack of sensibility in your action(s) isn't all that bad or harmful. Things are taken as a case-by-case basis in almost everything here; so long as you at the very least try, you should be fine.

✥Rule Three
As a part of common sense, Fair-Play is a vital rule to roleplaying here. This means avoid anything along the lines of God-Modding, Bunnying, Power-Playing, Metagaming, etc.. Don't freak out if you've done it in one of your posts. It is understandable that sometimes people may inadvertently have a part in their post that falls under this rule. What's important is that you or someone else recognises this and, upon being notified, promptly fixing it ASAP. Like common sense, an offense of this rule can result in negative consequences.

You can't have an RP without activity. Given that, in the span of a month, if your account has not made any posts in a month whatsoever (OOC or IC), it is guaranteed that your topics, characters, and pretty much any relating content to your profile, will be purged and archived. The only plausible escape is if you post a notice of absence and give a valid reason.

Profile Guidelines

✥Avatars
Just as the New-Member avatar says, the maximum tolerated width and height for avatars are 150x400. Please do not exceed these standards, or your avatar will be removed if you are asked to change it and do not comply. If possible, please do not use an avatar under 150x400 either, as the uniformity of the site is affected thusly. This thread will show you how to avoid the forum's automatic avatar-resizer.

✥Rule Two
Signatures are a handy way to express yourself through your profile, aside from your avatar. Unfortunately, some sites have seen abuse over their signatures. To avoid that, here's a few things to remember when you activate yours:

• You may have a maximum of three images in your signature.
  
• There are no specific size restrictions on your signature, but prevent it from stretching the board out too much.
  
• HTML is enabled in the signature, and usage is actively watched.
  
• Unless inside some sort of signature template, please keep words to a minimum in your signatures, and limit them to small quotes and phrases, links or otherwise.
  
• The overall signature height has been limited to 500px.
